A full-spectrum sauna that reaches temperature in about 15 minutes. Most infrared cabins want a 30–45 minute pre-heat, which is the single biggest reason home saunas go unused. This one is quick enough to use on a weekday. Choose hemlock for a lighter, neutral cabin or cedar for the aromatic premium wood.
Before you buy, check these three things
- 1. Space. Footprint is 3 ft 11 in wide × 3 ft 5 in deep, with a ceiling of at least 6 ft 3 in.
- 2. Power. 1,990 watts / 20 amps at 120 V. It plugs in rather than hardwiring, but it needs a 20 A outlet — a standard 15 A household circuit isn't enough. Check this before ordering.
- 3. Getting it in. Ships flat-packed through normal doorways. Assembled weight is 420 lb — the heaviest cabin in our two-person range. Two people, all tools included.
What's inside
- 9 far-infrared heaters reaching up to 145 °F, with roughly a 15-minute warm-up.
- Integrated red light.
- Panoramic tempered glass door — a full-width view out, which makes the cabin feel considerably less enclosed.
- Resonance speakers with Bluetooth and audio input/output jacks.
- Interior control panel, LED lighting, air vent, and timer.
- Bench, floor system, and antimicrobial finish.
- Bench rated to 800 lb.

Common questions
Hemlock or cedar?
Cedar is aromatic when warm and handles moisture well; hemlock is lighter in color and scent-neutral, and costs less. Both are solid wood.
Is 15 minutes really enough to heat up?
That's the manufacturer's figure at 1,990 W across nine heaters — a higher output than most two-person cabins, which is what makes the shorter warm-up possible.
Do I need to rewire anything?
No hardwiring — it plugs in. But it needs a 20 A outlet, so check what your intended room has before ordering.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days to return it. Call us first and we'll confirm your measurements together — at 420 lb this isn't a unit you want to move twice.
